In the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv, a drunk man decided to show off a gun to his friends and fired several shots from it right in the courtyard of a residential building. Law enforcement officers reported him to police on suspicion of hooliganism.

The police were called by residents of a high-rise building, reporting that shots were heard on Hnata Khotkevycha Street.
As the police found out, a 39-year-old man was drunk at night near a residential building with a group of friends and decided to show off to his friends – he took out a gun and fired two shots in the air, “which, no joke, scared the residents of the high-rise buildings.”

He was detained, and the gun with rubber bullets was sent for examination. He faces up to five years in prison.

Earlier, in the Svyatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, a woman wounded a man with a gun for making a remark to her. She is charged with hooliganism with the use of a weapon and faces up to seven years in prison.
