
In the capital, a passerby called an ambulance for a man lying near a house. However, he was drunk, and when the medics arrived, he hit the paramedic.
This was reported to the Kyiv police.
The incident occurred on the evening of February 25 on Tatarsky Lane in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. The 29-year-old Kyiv resident was lying near the entrance of one of the residential buildings. A passerby called an ambulance for him.
Upon seeing the doctors, the man began to swear obscenely, grabbed the female paramedic by the leg, punched her in the thigh and stomach, and ran away.
He was detained by the police and reported on suspicion of hooliganism (under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), namely, gross violation of public order due to obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by particular impudence.
