The families of three metropolitan operatives of the Cyber Police Department of the National Police have simultaneously acquired real estate worth several million dollars in recent years.
This is stated in the investigation of Bihus.Info.
According to investigators, Yevhen Gorbunov, Guram Hindiya, and Ihor Teryanyk joined the ranks of the Cyberpolice in 2023. Before that, the men worked together in the Department of Economic Protection of the National Police of the Kharkiv Region, then in the regional Department of Strategic Investigations, from where they transferred to Kyiv.

Journalists noted that the financial situation of their families began to improve significantly after the simultaneous transfer of all three to the Cyber Police Department of Ukraine.
Property worth millions
In 2023, Igor Teryanyk's mother and Yevhen Gorbunov's wife invested in apartments at the Glacier Premium Apartments hotel. The hotel complex positions itself as premium, and at the time of sale, prices per square meter started at $4,000.
According to the journalists' estimates, at market prices, this investment would have cost at least $110,000 and $160,000 , respectively.
In addition to the apartments, they have cottages at the “AMA Family Resort”. The father of their Cyber Police colleague Guram Gindia also bought one. According to market prices, these cottages should have cost at least $400,000 each .
Despite the fact that the Gorbunovs sold their cottage, journalists suggest that this sale could have been fictitious.
In addition, it was recorded that a car registered to Gorbunov's wife regularly leaves the territory of the closed cottage town “Kvitka polonyny” near Kyiv, where the woman bought land in May 2025. Houses in this cottage town currently cost $400,000 .
With the transfer to the Cyber Police, Gorbunov and Gindia's mothers began to engage in business and simultaneously entered two companies, writes Bihus.Info.
“One sells grain, raw tobacco, seeds, and animal feed. The second is an auxiliary activity in the transport sector. It is significant that before that the women were not officially engaged in business,” the investigation says.
In addition, journalists noticed that Gorbunov's mother-in-law, Natalia Linchuk, and Guram Gindia's uncle, Vianor Boboi, jointly invested in over 160 m² of commercial premises in one of the most expensive residential complexes in Kyiv, “Novopecherskie Lypky.” These are currently worth at least $560,000 at market prices without renovation.
Bihus.Info notes that none of the cyber police officers had official income for such purchases.
What did the cyber police respond to?
In a telephone conversation, Yevhen Gorbunov did not answer journalists' questions about the family's elite property.
Guram Gindia provided a written response in which he noted that he had nothing to do with his relatives' investments, but suggested that they could have received the funds for them from an inheritance from their grandfather.
Igor Teryanyk was fired from the Cyber Police in 2024 for drunk driving. Teryanyk also explained his mother's investments as an inheritance from his father, but refused to elaborate.
