
In Kyiv, law enforcement officers have exposed two accomplices. According to the case materials, the men conspired and robbed a store. One of them posed as the victim.

It is noted that an 18-year-old shop assistant contacted the police. He reported that an unknown person, threatening him with a weapon, took money and goods.
Investigators determined that the 35-year-old attacker broke into the premises and “threatened” his companion with a weapon, as it turned out. He took 90 thousand hryvnias in cash from the cash register and tobacco products worth almost 110 thousand hryvnias. As he left the store, the suspect sprayed a gas canister in the face of the salesperson, after which he fled.
Law enforcement officers informed both defendants of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — theft committed under martial law, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons. In addition, the seller was additionally informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 383 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — knowingly false report of a criminal offense. The sanctions of the articles provide for up to eight years of imprisonment.
It was previously reported that police in Kyiv detained a man suspected of robberies at currency exchange offices. The events took place in the Darnytskyi district of the city. Law enforcement officers seized a pistol from the suspect, which turned out to be a toy.
Police also detained a 24-year-old man from Kyiv. He is suspected of not paying for goods and threatening a security guard with a weapon. The man has already been tried for theft.
