
On the evening of April 30, an explosion occurred near the CCC building in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. According to preliminary police data, a local resident threw a grenade. The suspect has already been detained.

The police received a report of the explosion at 6:13 p.m. The ammunition exploded. There were no injuries or damage.
Police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are working at the scene. The motives for the crime are being established.
The regional prosecutor's office later clarified that the suspect is a 68-year-old local resident. He threw an RGD-5 grenade over the institution's fence, which detonated on the territory of the CCC.

During the search, two more F-1 combat grenades were found on the detainee, which were seized for expert examination.
According to preliminary data from the prosecutor's office, in early April the man could have come under the influence of the Russian special services.
“Unidentified individuals likely used methods of psychological pressure and manipulation, convincing the man to take part in an alleged “security check” of the RTCC premises. He took the ammunition from a cache set up in the Bila Tserkva district,” the report says.
Law enforcement officers are currently establishing the origin of the ammunition, and are also investigating the possible involvement of representatives of the Russian special services in the preparation of this explosion.
Based on this fact, investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine have launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 263 illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives and Part 1 of Article 114-1 Obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and other military formations in a special period of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The suspect faces up to 8 years in prison.

Today, the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office handed over suspicions of corruption transactions in the Bila Tserkva Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP). According to the investigation, the participants in the scheme “cancelled” summonses, removed them from the wanted list, and issued fictitious “reservations” for thousands of dollars in exchange for bribes.
Three people are involved in the case. According to the prosecutor's office, the organizers of the deal were an instructor of one of the departments of the Bila Tserkva CCC and his former colleague, who is currently serving in the Chernihiv region. They involved the deputy director of an enterprise for the production of workwear and tactical footwear in the scheme. He registered conscripts for work only on paper – to receive “armor”.
