Hayat unveils initial track, “Motive,” from wartime-themed “Triptych” EP.

The Ukrainian vocalist, Hayat, has launched the track “Motive” coming from his fresh EP “Triptych”, encompassing three melodies concerning the conflict. The footage accompanying the melodies was filmed with the backing of The National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine.

The filmed segments accompanying the tracks “Motiv”, “Au”, and “Hertsy” were brought into being, thanks to the reinforcement of The National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine. The capture took place within the parameters of the Voskresenska Church, the St. Nicholas Church, dating to 1763 (the Garrison Church belonging to Ukraine’s Armed Forces), along with Film.UA studio, instilling visual richness into the output.

Melodies and aesthetics within the EP weave a unified emotional narrative, where each tune constitutes a unique encounter, jointly formulating a full musical, as well as a visual, exploration.
