As per the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, during the preceding week, two individuals in the Poltava region died due to influenza A, inclusive of a child.
“The younger individual died in the Kremenchuk AH, and the older one in the Poltava AH,” states the announcement.
Moreover, according to information from the Center, the deceased had not been immunized against influenza this year.
