Zelensky sets up 20 military administrations in Kherson region

Ukrainian President Vodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on the formation of military administrations in the settlements of the Kherson region.

The decree, No. 738/2022, has been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.

In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law,” the president ordered the creation of 20 military administrations in the settlements of the Kherson region.

Under the decree, the Beryslav city military administration, the Velyka eksandrivka, Vysokillia, Novovorontsovka, Kochubeivka, Novoeksandrivka, Novoraisk and Tiahynka village military administrations were formed in the Beryslav district of the Kherson region.

According to the decree, the Darivka and Chornobaivka village military administrations were formed in the Kherson district.

The Tavriisk city military administration, the Liubymivka, Chaplynka, Kostiantynivka and Rubanivka village military administrations were formed in the Kakhovka district of the Kherson region.

The Kalanchak, Lazurne and Chulakivka village military administrations were created in the Skadovsk district.

The Ivanivka and Nyzhni Sirohozy village military administrations were formed in the Henichesk district.

Earlier reports said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had liberated more than 90 settlements in the Kherson region from the Russian army.
