Zelensky: No space left for negotiations with Putin’s regime

President Vodymyr Zelensky has said that since October 10, Russia has damaged 30% of power stations in Ukraine, therefore, any negotiations with President Vladimir Putin are impossible.

He wrote about this on Twitter, reports Ukrinform.

“Another kind of Russian terrorist attacks: targeting Ukraine’s energy and critical infrastructure. Since Oct 10, 30% of Ukraine’s power stations have been destroyed, causing massive blackouts across the country. No space left for negotiations with Putin's regime,” Zelensky wrote.

The head of state also published a short video about Russia's attacks on the Ukrainian civil and energy infrastructure.

As reported, on October 4, President Vodymyr Zelensky signed a decree ruling out negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
