Zelensky believes Russia mustn’t be feared, while not ruling out nuclear attack
He stated this in an interview with Czech television, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The Ukrainian head of state refused to assess the likelihood of Russia using nuclear weapons in the ongoing war on Ukraine because, in his inion, Russia prefers to do the posite of what it claims.
"I wouldn’t like to offer such an assessment because such a threat is out there. I think that there is no need to fear it. There is no need to be afraid of Russia. I don’t think that they are adequate. They may or may not do certain things. There is no need to link Russia's ultimatums or the fulfillment of their conditions, suggesting that if you don’t fulfill them, they will deploy nuclear weapons. This would be a big mistake. These things are unrelated," Zelensky said.
