War update: 99 clashes on frontline: over 20 in Pokrovsk sector

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, providing erational information as of 22:00 on Friday, February 14, according to Ukrinform.

"Since the beginning of the day, there have been 99 combat clashes… Today, the Russian invaders carried out 45 airstrikes, drped 64 guided bombs, deployed around 1,000 kamikaze drones, and conducted over 4,500 shelling attacks on our forces' positions and civilian settlements," the statement reads.

In the Kharkiv sector, the Ukrainian tros are repelling one enemy attack near Hlyboke.

In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy launched offensives towards Zahryzove and Hlushkivka, where the Ukrainian defenders stped two attacks, with two more battles still ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, the Russian forces attempted eight assaults near Novoserhiivka, Zelenyi Hai, Bohuslavka, Nove, Hrekivka, and Kodiazi. Three clashes are still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy assaults near Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Hryhorivka, with one battle still continuing.

In the Kramatorsk sector, two Russian assaults are ongoing near Chasiv Yar, while one attack has already been repelled.

In the Toretsk sector, the Russian forces attempted ten assaults near Toretsk, Krymske, and Shcherbynivka. The Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled seven attacks, with three still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the enemy attacked near Zelene Pe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novavlivka, Uspenivka, Kotlyne, Andriivka, Dachne, Ulakly, and Shevchenko. The Ukrainian forces halted 26 enemy assaults, with seven battles still in progress.

Preliminary reports indicate that 153 Russian tros were neutralized in this sector of the frontline today, including 84 killed in action. Additionally, the Ukrainian forces destroyed: five enemy vehicles, one motorcycle, one anti-tank system, one Msta-B howitzer, four UAV antennas, one portable electronic warfare station, and three reconnaissance drones. Furthermore, one Russian tank and four artillery pieces were damaged.

In the Novavlivka sector, the Russian forces made 13 assault attempts near Kostiantynil and Burlatske. Two clashes are still ongoing.

In the Huliaipe sector, the enemy conducted an airstrike with five guided bombs on Huliaipe.

In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovske sectors, no active enemy erations were recorded.

In the Kursk sector, 13 combat engagements occurred since the beginning of the day.

The General Staff highlighted the heroic actions of units from the 14th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Roman the Great, the 60th Separate Mechanized Inhulets Brigade, the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apost, and the 34th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade, all of whom inflicted significant losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment.
