War update: 101 clashes in past day, most Russian attacks focused on Pokrovsk axis

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its latest update on Facebook, seen by Ukrinform.

Yesterday, the invaders launched three missile attacks and 84 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and at Ukrainian settlements, invving four missiles and 138 guided aerial bombs, as well as 2,829 kamikaze drones.

In addition, the enemy carried out over 5,000 artillery strikes, of which 94 invved multiple launch rocket systems.

Russian airstrikes targeted the areas of Dmytrivka and Mala Rybytsia in Sumy region, Siversk, Zvanivka, Bondarne, Novo-eksandrivka, Odradne, Novosilka, Novyi Komar, and Novil in Donetsk region, Huliaipe in Zaporizhia region, as well as the city of Zaporizhia.

Over the past day, Ukraine’s missile and artillery units hit 14 Russian manpower and equipment clusters, as well as an artillery system.

In the Kharkiv direction, Ukrainian tros repelled a Russian attack in the Vovchansk area.

In the Kupiansk direction, five Russian attacks were reported as Ukraine repelled assaults near Lozova, Nova Kruhliakivka, Petravlivka, and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 20 times, trying to advance near Zelenyi Hai, Kanky, Novoserhiivka, Hrekivka, Nove, Zelena Dyna, Noviubivka, Katerynivka, Yampivka, Terny, and Kodiaz.

In the Siversk direction, the invaders twice attacked Ukraine’s positions near Bilohorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, three clashes between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and the Russians in the area of ​​Chasiv Yar were recorded.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Diliivka and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukraine held back 36 Russian assault and offensive efforts toward Zelene Pe, Vodiane Druhe, Novotoretske, Pokrovsk, Pishchane, Udachne, Myriubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Kotliarivka, Uspenivka, Dachne, Andriivka, and Shevchenko.

In the Novavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight Russian attacks near Lysivka, Kostiantynil, and Rozdne.

In the Orikhiv, Huliaipe, and Prydniprovia directions, the Russians ran no offensive missions.

In Russia’s Kursk region, Ukraine’s Defense Forces repelled five Russian attacks in the past day. The enemy launched 47 airstrikes invving 76 guided bombs, and 612 artillery strikes on positions of Ukrainian tros and at settlements, including 11 invving multiple launch rocket systems.

No signs of enemy offensive groupings being formed were detected in the Vyn and Pissia directions.
