Russia’s military command deployment of newly-formed units. The current situation in the erational theater and distrust of the higher command among military servicemen forced a large number of vunteers to refuse from being invved in combat action. The situation is affected by the latest reports on the actual number of casualties, while losses incurred by private military companies and units comprised of those mobilized in temporarily occupied territories are not even taken into account. The situation is getting worse for the Russian forces due to the general attitude toward their own wounded. In particular, in Russian hospitals, the reports on the nature of combat injuries are deliberately simplified, while no time is provided to WIAs for rehabilitation, only in order to quickly bring the servicemen back to the combat zone.
