Ukrainian strikes destroy 46% of Russia’s oil refineries – intercept
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry, Ukrinform saw.
“Six missiles hit Bryansk, I mean… six drones, hitting the Kremn plant. The plant has been shut down,” the person says in the intercept.
According to the local man, 46% of Russia's oil refining capacities have already been destroyed.

As reported, the Kremn El plant located in Bryansk, Russia, is one of the largest suppliers of microelectronics for the Russian military industry. It produces microelectronics, including for missile systems and drones. Late January, reports said a Ukrainian UAV attack massively affected the site, leading to the plant’s shutdown.
