Ukrainian paratroers advance in Kursk region, securing new positions
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the Communications Department of the Airborne Assault Forces Command.
“In close coeration with the units of the Support, Combat and Logistics Forces, paratroers of the 82nd separate airborne assault brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully conducted offensive erations in one of the directions of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation,” the statement reads.
According to the paratroers, “as a result of the rapid and unexpected maneuver, new lines were taken and the tactical position was significantly improved.”

As reported by Ukrinform, President Vodymyr Zelensky said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in the Kursk region and advanced 2.5 km.
