Ukrainian forces shoot down two Russian Lancet kamikaze drones
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have shot down two Russian Lancet kamikaze drones in the Mykaiv region.
According to Ukrinform, Ukraine's erational Command South said this in a Facebook post.
"In the Mykaiv region, the enemy attempted to launch two attacks [on Ukrainian positions] using Lancet kamikaze drones. Our anti-aircraft rocket units accurately destroyed them before they could fulfill their destructive mission," the report said.
Between February 24 and August 4, Ukraine's defenders eliminated about 41,500 Russian sdiers, including 150 in the past day alone.
