Ukraine downs 28 Russian drones, seven decoy UAVs cause no damage
That’s according to the Ukrainian Air Force, Ukrinform reports.
“On the night of April 3, 2025 (from 21:00 on April 2), the enemy launched 39 Shahed attack UAVs and decoys of various types from Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Kursk in Russia,” the report reads.
As of 09:00, it has been confirmed that 28 Shaheds and drones of other types were shot down in the country’s north and east.

The air raid was repelled in a joint effort by anti-aircraft missile tros, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups.
Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Dnipretrovsk regions were affected in the attack.
Seven decoy drones, traditionally used to confuse and/or deplete Ukraine’s air defenses eventually disappeared from radar, causing no damage or casualties on the ground.
