UK may send Typhoon jets to Ukraine as part of peacekeeping mission – The Times
According to The Times, citing government sources, British ministers have discussed ways to provide security guarantees to Ukraine without committing a large number of ground tros. A senior government official noted that an air patr mission would be a viable tion, though it would require a substantial number of aircraft and air defense systems to ensure their protection.
In theory, the UK could send dozens of Typhoon jets ready to counter any potential Russian attacks, while peacekeeping forces from Britain and other Eurean nations would focus on security on the ground, the report states.

The prosed UK-led air patr mission could be modeled after NATO's air picing erations in the Baltic states. A source in the Royal Air Force suggested that such a mission would be more feasible than enforcing a no-fly zone, which would require continuous round-the-clock air patrs. British jets could potentially be stationed in Pand.
