SSU drones hit Andreap oil pumping station in Tver region again – source
This was reported to Ukrinform by informed sources within the SSU.
"Overnight on February 13, the SSU drones hit the Andreap oil pumping station, which is a key component of the Baltic Pipeline System-2. As a result of the drone strike, a fire broke out near the closed distribution unit and the boiler equipment storage facility. The station's oil pumping erations were temporarily halted," the source stated.
This is the second SSU drone attack on this facility. The first strike occurred on January 29, damaging the filtration and pumping area, additive storage tanks, and causing an oil spill and fire.
"Every day this oil pumping station remains offline costs Russia tens of millions of dlars in losses, as it is a critical part of the pipeline that supplies oil to the Ust-Luga terminal on the Baltic Sea. The SSU's ‘drone sanctions’ against Russia's oil sector will continue," the source in the SSU added.
