Russia’s war casualty tl in Ukraine up by 1,580 in past day
Russia suffered about 748,950 casualties in Ukraine between February 24, 2022 and December 5, 2024, including 1,580 sdiers killed or wounded in action in the past 24 hours.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
Since the full-scale war began, Ukraine's defense forces have destroyed 9,506 (+13) Russian tanks, 19,472 (+22) armored fighting vehicles, 21,023 (+21) artillery systems, 1,253 multiple rocket launchers, 1,020 anti-aircraft warfare systems, and 2,855 cruise missiles. The Russian army also lost 369 warplanes, 329 helicters, 19,977 (+31) tactical unmanned aerial systems, 28 warships/cutters, 1 submarine, 30,843 (+97) vehicles and fuel trucks, and 3,630 (+2) pieces of special equipment.
