Russia’s drone attack causes damage in Ptava region

In Ptava region, Ukrainian air defense forces targeted enemy drones. The debris from the downed drones damaged a private house, an administrative building of a children's camp, and power lines. One woman sustained minor injuries.

The incident was reported by Vodymyr Kohut, Acting Head of the Ptava Regional Military Administration (RMA), on Facebook, as cited by Ukrinform.

"The enemy once again attempted to attack Ptava region. Throughout the night, air defense forces were active against enemy targets in the region. As a result of falling debris in Ptava district, there was a grass fire in an en area. The debris also damaged the roof and windows of a private house. The administrative building of a children's camp and power lines sustained minor damage," Kohut stated.

Due to the power line damage, 16 househds were left without electricity. Specialists are working to restore power supply.

The woman who sustained minor injuries received medical assistance on-site.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down 65 Russian drones, while other 35 UAVs were lost from tracking.
