Russians shell Nik and four communities in Dnipretrovsk region, woman injured

On July 21, the Russian army shelled Nik and four communities in the Dnipretrovsk region, injuring an 89-year-d woman.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipretrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Today, during the day, the Nik district experienced five artillery attacks. And six more times the aggressor targeted the district with kamikaze drones. Nik, Pokrov, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, and Myrove communities experienced hostile attacks,” the statement said.

It is noted that an 89-year-d woman suffered shrapnel wounds as a result of the shelling. The woman was hospitalized in moderate condition.

According to Lysak, the enemy attacks damaged the infrastructure, several fires broke out and destroyed four private houses and an outbuilding, and another was destroyed.

A recreation center, power lines, and a gas pipeline were also damaged.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that Russians fired at the Nik district.
