Russians demishing historic buildings in Mariup

The relevant statement was made by Advisor to Mariup Mayor Petro Andriushchenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In the heart of the city, the occupiers began to demish buildings, including those of historical significance. The famous House with a clock, where the studio of the world-known muralist and mosaics artist Arnautov used to be located. Under the excavator,” Andriushchenko wrote.

In his words, Russian invaders are turning absutely everything of historical value into ashes in Mariup.

A reminder that earlier Russian occupiers demished the building of the Mariup Drama Theater. In March 2022, Russian tros drped a bomb on the theater building, where hundreds of pele, including many children, were hiding in a bomb shelter.
