Russian offensive ongoing toward Bakhmut, Avdivka

This was announced on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

In the Vyn and Pissia directions, the Belarus armed forces keep strengthening the section of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border in Brest and Gomel regions. A combat readiness check-up was held for parts of their special erations forces.

In the Siverskyi direction, enemy barrel and jet artillery shelled the civilian infrastructure in the areas of Zaliznyi Myst, Hai, Hremiach, and Mikhalchyna Sloboda in Chernihiv region, and Starykovo – in Sumy region.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy inflicted fire damage, using artillery of various types, in the areas of Kharkiv, Borschova, Korobochkine, Velyki Prokhody, Ruski Tyshki, Star Saltiv, Pryshyb, Tsyrkuny, Mospanove, and Bezruky.

In the Sloviansk direction, shelling was recorded near Bohorodichne, Mazanivka, Husarivka, Adamivka, Kurulka, Khrestysh, Sulyhivka, Dovhenke, and Velyka Komyshuvakha.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian barrel and jet artillery, as well as tanks, shelled the areas of Siversk, Mykaivka, Starodubivka, Spirne, Kryva Luka, Verkhnyokamianske, Hryhorivka, Serebryanka, Raihorodok, and Kaleniki. Firefights were reported in the area.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy shelled military and civilian infrastructure near Yakovlivka, Kodema, Pokrovske, Rozdivka, Vershyna, Bakhmut, and Sedar. Offensive and assault efforts were undertaken with the aim of improving their tactical position – with no success.

In the Avdivka direction, the enemy fired artillery and tanks near Pisky, Prechistivka, Shevchenko, Vodymyrivka, Novobakhmutivka, Nevelske, Netaylove, and Krasnohorivka. Also, the Russians launched offensive action; firefights continue.

No active actions of the occupiers were recorded in the Novavlivka and Zaporizhia areas. The enemy carried out systematic shelling of civilian and military infrastructure near Constantinle, Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Vremivka, Maryinka, Hulyaipe, Hulyaipilske, Mals Shcherbaky, Temyrivka, and Bilohirya.

In the South Buh direction, the enemy is focusing its main efforts on preventing the advance of Ukrainian tros. Russian UAV reconnaissance efforts are highly intense.

Shelling was recorded in the areas of Mykaiv, Luch, Lymany, Nova Zorya, Novomykaivka, Kobzartsi, Lyubomirivka, Kiselyvka, Andriivka, Lozove, Bilohirka, Osokorivka, Potemkyne, and Zeleny Hai.

The occupiers launched a missile attack on an infrastructural site in Mykaivka, Odesa region.
