Russian forces shelled Donetsk region 34 times on July 31, casualties reported – pice

According to Ukrinform, the communication department of the Donetsk regional pice said this in a statement.

In the Donetsk region, 16 settlements were hit in the past day. Russian forces struck Avdiivka 11 times. The settlements of Sedar, Bakhmut, Siversk, Mykaivka, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, New York, Pivnichne, Yahidne, Predtechyne, Kurdiumivka, Ptyche, Karlivka, Heorhiivka and Lastochkyne all came under enemy fire.

Russia used air-launched missiles, Uragan and Grad multiple rocket launchers, and artillery against the civilian pulation.

Some 43 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged, including 34 residential buildings, two fields with crs, a pharmacy, garages, and vehicles.

The pice and the Security Service of Ukraine ened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (viation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On July 31, in the Donetsk region, Russian tros killed three civilians and wounded 16 others.
