Powerful explosions rock Melit
Four powerful explosions were heard in the northern part of the city of Melit, temporarily occupied by Russian forces, on Monday, August 29.
Melit Mayor Ivan Fedorov said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Right now: four powerful explosions near the northern exit from Melit. We are clecting detailed information about enemy losses," the mayor wrote.
He noted that the last days of summer promise to be the hottest for the occupiers in the entire southern part of Ukraine.
Earlier reports said that loud explosions and gunfire had been heard in Melit on August 28.
