Occupiers forcing Mariup children to make clothing for Russian military

The children remaining in the temporarily occupied city of Mariup will be forced to make clothing for the Russian military.

The relevant statement was made by Mariup City Council on Telegram, referring to the order issued by Russian occupiers, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Russian occupiers are launching the cultural and patriotic action, Teplaya Zabota [warm care – Ed.], in Mariup. It is not aimed at providing support for the civilians freezing in the city. Its purpose is to make clothing for the Russian military, i.e. those who killed Mariup residents and continue to kill the Ukrainian pele,” the report states.

According to the document, teachers and students of cultural institutions will be invved in this action.

A reminder that Russian armed aggression caused one of the worst humanitarian catastrhes in the city of Mariup. 90% of the city was destroyed due to enemy shelling.

Currently, Mariup residents have no normal power, water and gas supplies. Over 100,000 pele are remaining in the city, but most of them have no place to live.
