No orders for AFU to hd Kursk region until Trump’s inauguration – CCD

Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have not received any orders to hd Russia’s Kursk region until Donald Trump’s inauguration in order to "exchange it later."

He made this statement on Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.

“There were no orders for the military to hd Kursk region until Trump’s inauguration in order to ‘exchange it later.’ The information circulating in the media is not true,” Kovalenko said.

According to him, “in Kursk region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are carrying out specific combat missions directly linked to the overall situation at the front.”

“These missions, among other things, affect the situation on several other directions, including the number of Russian forces deployed there,” he emphasized.
