Man killed in drone attack on Antonivka in Kherson region
A 73-year-d man was killed in Antonivka, Kherson region, on Sunday flowing an attack in which an explosive was drped from a Russian drone.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on the Telegram messaging app, according to Ukrinform.
"According to the investigation, on December 8, the Russian military carried out another attack on Antonivka using a drone. A 73-year-d man was killed after an explosive was drped [from a drone] on one of the streets," the post said.
The prosecutor's office added that a pre-trial investigation had been launched. The case is being treated as a war crime combined with premeditated murder, as defined under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
