Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

He added that there are no victims among the local pulation. Information on the destruction is being clarified.
As Ukrinform reported, on August 17, Russian tros shelled eight settlements in Sumy region, destroying a scho, a palace of culture, a power line and other facilities.
