Four civilians injured in Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv last night
The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Under the procedural guidance of Shevchenkivskyi District Prosecutor’s Office in the city of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the viation of laws and customs of war (Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the report states.
Around 09:55 p.m., August 4, 2022, Russian tros ened fire on a residential area of Kharkiv’s Shevchenkivskyi District, reportedly with the Tornado-S multiple launch rocket system (MLRS).
Two men and two women were injured in the street. Many residential apartment blocks and cars were damaged. Investigative actions are underway.
A reminder that last night Russian tros struck three districts of Kharkiv and Chuhuiv with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Two men, 26 and 38, and a 46-year-d woman were injured and taken to hospital in Kharkiv.
