Explosions heard on Mariup–Donetsk road near Vnovakha

Explosions are heard on Mariup–Donetsk road in the area of the Russian-captured town of Vnovakha near Mariup which the enemy daily uses to transport military equipment.

"Explosions rocked Vnovakha area. At the same time, the occupation pragandists began lamenting that a civilian Mariup–Donetsk road was struck. It’s an outright lie. The road from Mariup to Donetsk is used to transport military equipment daily both from Russia via Novoazovsk–Mariup and from the Crimean direction," Petro Andriushchenko, adviser to Mariup mayor, posted on Telegram.

He also noted that the Russian invaders, as always, "calmly park military trucks with ammunition for the night" right in the yards of civilians and published a corresponding photo taken in a village near Mariup the night before.

"The occupiers continue using Ukrainian civilians as a human shield," the mayor's adviser wrote.

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 72,470 Russian invaders from February 24 to November 1.
