Energy facility in Vyn region hit by Russians second time Sat
That’s according to Yur Pohulyaiko, the chief of the Vyn Administration, who broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy struck Vyn again. Another attack on the energy infrastructure facility," the head of the administration said.

According to the official, no casualties have been reported so far. Information on the scale of destruction is being verified.
All emergency services are currently working at the scene.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of October 22, Russian tros launched two massive missile attacks on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.
