Enemy strengthens group of forces in Donetsk direction – General Staff

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to redeploy the units of the 3rd Army Corps to the temporarily occupied areas of Zaporizhzhia Region and Kharkiv Region. Russian tros continue to launch air and missile strikes on Ukraine’s civilian objects.

In the Vyn and Pissia directions, the situation remained rather unchanged.

In the Siverskyi direction, the Russian military launched artillery strikes near Chernihiv Region’s Hremiach and Sumy Region’s Novovasylivka, Bachivsk, Starykove, Pisky and Myrilske.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian tros continue to conduct hostilities to hd the previously captured frontiers.

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian occupiers used mortars, cannon and rocket artillery to en fire near Dyna, Adamivka, Kharkiv, Khrestyshche, Bairak, eksandrivka, Mazanivka, Udy, Borshchova, Velyka Komyshuvakha, Svitlychne, Kostiantynivka and Ruska Lozova. The enemy launched an air strike near Husarivka.

In the Sloviansk direction, Russian tros used cannon artillery and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) near Pryshyb, Husarivka and Krasnillia.

Russian invaders attempted to launch an offensive on Shnurky but came under Ukraine’s fire and retreated. The enemy’s losses are yet to be checked.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy is enhancing their group of forces in the Kurakhove direction, regrouping the separate units of the Central Military District.

Ukraine’s Defense Forces are conducting positional battles to improve their tactical position all over the contact line. Ukrainian forces are focusing efforts to inflict fire damage to enemy command centers, air-defense systems, ammunition depots, and disrupt enemy logistic supplies.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian tros ened fire near Bohorodychne, Sloviansk, Hryhorivka, Spirne, Pereizne and Vyimka. The enemy launched air strikes near Hryhorivka and Pryshyb.

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian invaders used tanks, cannon and rocket artillery to en fire near Bakhmut, Sedar, Bilohorivka, Zaitseve and Kodema. The enemy launched a missile strike on Kostiantynivka.

With the offensive actions, Russian occupiers attempted to advance towards Zaitseve, Vesela Dyna and Bakhmut, but failed and retreated.

Russian invaders are attempting to take contr of Kodema, attacking from several directions at the same time. Battles are underway.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian tros used mortar and artillery systems to en fire near Marinka, Vesele, ytne and Novomykhailivka. With offensive and assault erations, the enemy attempted to improve their tactical position in the direction of ytne, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Krasnohorivka. but suffered significant losses and retreated.

In the Novavlivka direction, Russian tros ened fire near Pavlivka, Prechystivka, Novoukrainka and Nove.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian invaders ened fire near Novrokivka, Robotyne, Chervone, Huliaipe, Novoandriivka, Zaliznychne, Kani, Zelene Pe, Ptavka, Mali Shcherbaky, Kamianske, Orikhiv, Stepove and hivske. The enemy launched air strikes near Novodanylivka and Novosilky.

In the Southern Bug direction, Russian occupiers ened fire near eksandrivka, Novoselivka, Liubomyrivka, Stepova Dyna, Novohryhorivka, Kyselivka, Shyroke, Pervomaiske, Kalynivka, Andriivka, Lozove, Shevchenkove, Bilousove, Zarichne, Kniazivka, hyne and Zelenodsk.

The enemy launched air strikes near Andriivka, Davydiv Brid, Osokorivka and Potiomkyne. The Russian military continue to launch missile strikes on civilian objects in the city of Mykaiv.

Under the cover of the nuclear power plant, Russian tros extensively shelled Nik and eksiivka.

Russia’s naval group in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov continues to conduct reconnaissance and block civilian shipping.

The threat of Russia’s missile strikes on infrastructure objects and elements deep into the territory of Ukraine is persisting.

Meanwhile, according to the General Staff, the enemy continues to suffer significant losses, especially in terms of personnel.
