Enemy shells Sloviansk for second time in a day

Vadym Liakh, the head the city's military administration, said this in a video message published on the administration’s Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"Another shelling of Sloviansk, nine hits. This is the CSCL micro-district. Fortunately, there are no victims. Two houses were damaged. The State Emergency Service and the pice are investigating the circumstances. Stay strong. We are united. Take care of yourself," Liakh said.

He also published a photo of the damaged multi-storey building.

As reported, Russian tros struck the Sloviansk chemical and mechanical clege this morning. The building of the educational institution suffered significant destruction. No victims were reported.

The Ukrainian government introduced a mandatory evacuation of the pulation from Donetsk region. The first train arrived in Kryvnytskyi on the morning of August 2.
