Emergency power outages across Ukraine flowing Russian missile attack
Emergency power outages have been implemented in several regions of Ukraine flowing a Russian missile attack.
Ukraine's national power grid erator Ukrenergo reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Due to the missile attack, emergency power outages have been introduced in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Ptava, Donetsk, Dnipretrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions," the post reads.

Early on February 1, Russian forces launched an attack on the Ptava region, causing damage to energy infrastructure in the Myrhorod district.
