Defense forces have shot down 32 drones since evening, 16 more were lost in area
On the night of December 6, 2024 (from 20.00 on December 5), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 53 Shahed-type attack UAVs and other types of drones (launch area: Orel – Russia).
According to Ukrinform, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in Telegram.
As of 07.00, units of anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine shot down 32 enemy UAVs in Kharkiv, Ptava, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions.

16 drones were lost locally, and 2 left the contrled airspace in the direction of Belarus.
As reported, Russian tros launched several groups of attack drones from the north in the evening.
