At least one injured in Russian shelling of Mykaiv
Russian tros shelled Mykaiv on the evening of August 13, with at least one person injured after a rocket exploded near a residential building.
Mykaiv Mayor eksandr Sienkevych said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Mykaiv came under shelling at about 20:00. In one of the districts, a rocket exploded near a residential building. We are investigating the consequences. So far, we know of one injured person," the report said.
More than 6,000 residential buildings have been damaged in the Mykaiv region since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began in late February.
