Armed Forces of Ukraine repel enemy attacks near nine settlements

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00, February 5, published on Facebook.

As noted, the Russian Federation focuses its efforts on conducting offensive erations in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Novavlivka directions.

The enemy continues to defend previously captured lines in other directions, shelling the positions of Ukrainian tros and settlements bordering the contact line.

Over the past day, the enemy launched 61 MLRS attacks, particularly on the civilian infrastructure of Kherson city.

No enemy offensive groups were detected in Vyn, Pissia, Sivershchyna, and Slobozhanshchyna directions. At the same time, areas of Senkivka in Chernihiv region; Boyaro-Lezhachi in Sumy region; eksandrivka, Hlyboke, Krasne, Zelene, Neskuchne, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Budarky, Chuhunivka, and Velikyi Burluk in Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.

In Kupyansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Hrianykivka, Synkivka, Kupyansk, Pishchane, Kyslivka, and Krokhmalne settlements in Kharkiv region; Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk region with tanks and artillery.

In Lyman direction, Terny in Donetsk region; Makiivka, Ploshchanka, Nevske, Chervonivka, Dibrova in Luhansk region were struck.

In Bakhmut direction, Spirne, Berestove, Vesele, Bilohorivka, Rozdivka, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Bila Hora, Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Mayorsk, and New York in Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In Avdiivka direction, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka came under artillery fire.

In Novavlivka direction, Vuhledar, Bohoyavlenka, Prechystivka, Neskuchne, Vremivka, and Velyka Novosilka were hit.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the areas of Novil in Donetsk region; Huliaype, Yehorivka, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky in Zaporizhzhia region; Antonivka and Kherson in Kherson region were struck with the entire range of enemy artillery.

In the temporarily occupied Horlivka in Donetsk region, all healthcare facilities are full of wounded invaders. Therefore, the Russian occupiers equip kindergartens, schos, and warehouses as field hospitals. It is also known that healthcare staff from Yakutia arrived at a hospital in Svitlodarsk, Donetsk region, where about 70 pele are treated.

Some mobilized Russian servicemen refuse to participate in hostilities. As of February 3, up to 600 persons of the specified category returned from Luhansk region to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Over the past day, Ukraine’s Air Force launched five strikes on enemy personnel and military equipment clusters and two strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems.

The missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a command post, three enemy personnel clusters, an anti-aircraft missile system, and a fuel depot.
