Aftermath of Russian shelling in Kharkiv: damaged apartment blocks, 14 civilians injured

As a result of the latest shelling of Kharkiv, launched by Russian tros on Friday, 14 pele were injured, of which 10 were hospitalized.

That’s according to eh Syniehubov, chief of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

"According to the latest reports, 14 pele were injured. That’s including three children: 3, 11, and 15 years of age. All children were hospitalized. Doctors assess their condition as that of moderate severity. There is no threat to their lives. Four adults sustained minor injuries, requiring no hospitalization. They received medical assistance on the site. The condition of the rest of the victims is of moderate severity," the official elaborated.

According to the local administration, the Russians employed the Uragan multiple rocket launchers.

"The enemy is unable to repel the successful advance of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, thus taking revenge on the peaceful residents of Kharkiv. Be as careful as possible," Syniehibov said.

Also, as a result of massive shelling on Friday, five fires broke out. Five apartment blocks and three househds were damaged.

This was reported on Telegram by the press service of the regional Department of Emergency Situations.

It is noted that all fires were quickly put out by emergency teams.

In addition, demining squads worked at the site of the shelling, examining the affected area and removing the remains of explosive objects.

As reported, Russian tros shelled the Shevchenkivsky district of Kharkiv this afternoon. As a result, 10 pele, including three children, were injured. According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, an orphanage, a kindergarten, a scho, a sports infrastructure object, and a number of househds were damaged, and several fires broke out.
