90% of Ternil region left without electricity
Vodymyr Trush, head of the Ternil Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"90% of Ternil region is currently without electricity. Ukrenergo reported about the introduction of emergency power outages across Ukraine. Prepare power banks and other power sources," Trush wrote.
The governor also warned about possible problems with mobile communication.

In addition, due to problems with electricity supply, Ternil has been left without water supply.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian Federation carried out a massive missile attack on Ukraine on November 15, hitting critical infrastructure objects and damaging residential buildings.
