The assets of the IDS Ukraine group, which is the producer of Morshynska and Myrhorodska mineral waters, will be re-tendered under a revised procedure. The procedure will be repeated for one good reason.
What is known about the search for a manager for IDS Ukraine?
The preliminary selection was disrupted due to technical complaints, Interfax-Ukraine writes.
The procedure was effectively blocked due to the submission of 12 similar complaints from structures affiliated with the plant. The ARMA Reform Law explicitly states: all procedures that have not been completed by January 30, 2026 are subject to cancellation and must be re-announced under the new rules,
– said the head of ARMA Yaroslava Maksymenko.
According to her, the IDS group, which includes eight companies, corporate rights, trademarks and industrial designs, is the largest asset transferred to the agency's management. Maksymenko noted that for complex assets such as the IDS group, the government will form a special commission to select a manager.

Back in the fall of 2022, by court decision, ARMA received the corporate rights of the Myrhorod and Morshyn factories, industrial designs, and trademarks of the IDS Ukraine group of companies.
