Ukrnafta's filling stations continue to operate during power outages

Five hundred and five filling stations of PJSC Ukrnafta are equipped with generators and can supply fuel during periods of power outages, the company said in a press release on Friday.

At the same time, 115 of them have additional energy sources and operate in the Invincibility Points mode. "There you can charge your gadgets, drink hot coffee or tea, have a snack," the press release says.

At the same time, the company declares a stable supply of European quality Euro-5 fuel for cars and generators.

"Another massive attack by the enemy on the power grid led to a power outage throughout Ukraine. The Ukrnafta filling station network is always ready to support Ukrainians," the company noted.

Ukrnafta is the largest oil producing company in Ukraine and is the operator of the national network of petrol stations. In March 2024, the company took over the management of Glusco assets and operates a total of 547 petrol stations – 462 of its own and 85 under management.

The company is implementing a comprehensive program to resume operations and update the format of its network of gas stations. Since February 2023, it has been issuing its own fuel vouchers and NAFTA Cards, which are sold to both legal entities and individuals through Ukrnafta-Postach LLC.

Ukrnafta holds 92 licenses for industrial development of deposits. It has 1,832 oil and 154 gas production wells on its balance.

The largest shareholder in Ukrnafta is Naftogaz Ukrainy, which holds a 50% plus one share.

In November 2022, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer the corporate rights of the company, previously owned by private shareholders, to the state. The Ministry of Defense now oversees these shares.
