Since the launch of the winter eSupport program, more than 6 million applications have already been submitted, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
"Currently, Ukrainians through Diia have already submitted more than 6 million applications to receive UAH 1,000 under the winter eSupport program. And the figure is constantly increasing," Shmyhal wrote on the Telegram channel.
The Prime Minister recalled that since last week, Ukrposhta clients have also been receiving assistance, who can spend funds, in particular, on goods and services provided by the national postal operator.
"Starting today, partner banks are joining the program. This option is aimed at older people who do not use Diia, as well as guardians of minors," Shmyhal said.
As reported, an application for UAH 1,000 under the winter eSupport program can be submitted through Diia during the winter of 2024/2025, and the funds can be spent during 2025. In particular, the aid can be spent on medicines, books, clothing, bus and train tickets, utility bills, and funds can also be redirected to charitable accounts of the Security and Defense Forces or a volunteer fund.
