The 2025 State Budget includes UAH 1.457 billion to fund Ukraine's Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
"Specifically, UAH 1.2266 billion is allocated for social and legal protection measures for individuals recognized as having been unlawfully detained due to the armed aggression against Ukraine, supporting their families, reintegrating residents from temporarily occupied territories, and providing Levko Lukianenko scholarships," the ministry stated.
Additionally, UAH 215.7 million is earmarked for preferential mortgage loans for internally displaced persons (IDPs), and UAH 104.5 million will be used to repay loans issued from the state budget’s special fund for housing purchases by IDPs.
The 2024 state budget allocated UAH 934.2 million for reintegration efforts concerning temporarily occupied territories.
