Ukraine needs extra $10B in financing this year – finance minister
Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko td this to CNN, Ukrinform reports.
Marchenko met with Kristalina Georgieva, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund, in Kyiv on Monday, February 20, which he called very productive.
"Now we see our relationship is quite stable and we are moving in the direction of a fully-fledged program with the IMF," Marchenko said.

He added that Ukraine is "ready to fulfill all requirements and conditions to be able to move on with the program."
He said that would include necessary measures to stabilize the macroeconomic situation and to create an environment for fiscal responsibility.
He td CNN that the parties had agreed to start discussing the new program within weeks.
