Ukraine expects BSTDB to take part in reconstruction projects – Svyrydenko
The relevant statement was made by Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister – Economy Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko during an online meeting with BSTDB President Serhat Köksal, an Ukrinform correspondent reports, referring to the Ukrainian Economy Ministry.
“Despite the fact that hostilities are still raging, in coeration with partners, Ukraine is develing a plan and mechanisms for the recovery of our country. We he that the Black Sea Trade and Develment Bank will take part in reconstruction projects,” Svyrydenko said.
On behalf of the BSTDB, Köksal expressed interest in such projects. In his words, a decision was made to establish a relevant working group focusing on Ukraine.
The parties agreed to determine specific projects, which could be financed by the BSTDB, and start working on them.
