Ukraine and IMF agree on seventh revision of EFF program – Prime Minister Shmyhal
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this in his message on Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.
“Ukraine and the IMF have reached a staff-level agreement on the seventh review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF). The total amount of the program is approximately $15.5 billion. We will be able to receive the next tranche after the review is approved by the IMF Executive Board,” he noted.
Shmyhal expressed gratitude to the government and the National Bank of Ukraine for their thorough work, as well as to the IMF for its support and stable cooperation.

As reported by Ukrinform, since the beginning of the full-scale war, the IMF has provided Ukraine with more than $12.4 billion in aid.
This year, Ukraine will also receive various types of aid, including €8 billion from the European Union, Norway and Spain, and $10.6 billion from the United Kingdom and Canada. Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and the Baltic states will also contribute to Ukraine’s stability.
