Trump Confirms Intention to Sign Mineral Agreement with Ukraine

He announced this during a public event in Washington, as reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.

The US President noted that, as they know, the US is signing agreements in various regions for the production of rare earth elements, minerals and much more around the world, especially in Ukraine.

He also stressed that one of the plans is to sign an agreement with Ukraine on rare earth elements in the near future.

In addition, on Thursday it became known that the US President signed an executive order on increasing mineral extraction in the country. This document is aimed at simplifying the process of issuing permits for the development of natural resources.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine and the United States have agreed to conclude an agreement that will provide for joint efforts to extract rare earth elements in our country. In this regard, Washington also considers the potential presence of American companies in Ukraine as a guarantee of security.
