In a now-deleted video, a company employee named Roman mocked customers who asked to be served in Ukrainian, Focus writes.

The video quickly spread across social media. The employee filmed it in a work uniform with the company logo right in the branch. In the footage, he mocked customers who asked why they were not served in the state language, and added a sarcastic caption: “Why in Russian?”

The video quickly spread across social media. After it was shared, people began to appeal to the company's official page on Threads to respond. The comments emphasized that the man recorded the video in company uniform and at work, which could harm the brand's reputation.
